Printed circuit board (PCB) wet process design, Taiwan and the mainland market demand is about NT $3 billion annually, due to the trend of PCB thin and short, wet process equipment must be replaced, so the average growth rate in recent years is still 10% ~ 15%, about 10 manufacturers in Taiwan, relatively large manufacturers such as Yambo, Aczhi, Songtai, Deng Tai and so on.

Wu Kunxing, associate director of Yang Bo Technology Company, said that PCB wet process equipment includes developing, etching, removing film line (three kinds of equipment connected together, referred to as DES), cleaning machine, horizontal PTH line, horizontal brown line, FLUX line and so on. In the early days, these equipment were imported from Europe, the United States and Japan. Since 10 years ago, Taiwan has been able to make 100% of its own. In addition, Yambo Company can also export to Japan's first-class big factories, including Japan's largest PCB factory and Panasonic Electric, CMK, NEC, OKI, MEIKO, FANUC and other companies, not only save foreign exchange, but also create foreign exchange.

Yambo PCB wet process equipment annual output value of 1.2 billion to 1.3 billion yuan, the output value is the largest in Asia, including the mainland market accounted for 50%, Taiwan market accounted for 30%, Japan market accounted for 20%, the products cover PCB, FPC (soft printed circuit board) and BGA and Flip chip for sealing board. Such as developing, etching, micro-etching processor, horizontal gel removal slag line, outer film, etching, tin stripping line, SR pretreatment, SR developing line, small plate coating line, flux coating line, etc.

Taipei Chemical Company used to be a well-known manufacturer of PCB wet process equipment in Taiwan, and also has the development capabilities of LCD wet process, Cleaner, Casstle Cleaner, etc. Five or six years ago, the company was merged into Yangbo, and also brings LCD technology to Yangbo. In the past 18 years, the company has sold 3,500 sets of wet process equipment. Main customers include Xinxing, South Asia, Golden Image Electronics, Hanyu Bode, Tongtai and other companies.

As the mainland market accounts for half of the business, Yangbo also set up after-sales service centers in Kunshan and Dongguan. Asia Zhi, Teng Tai more in the mainland directly set up factories, showing that the focus of the industry has moved to the mainland.
